• Job Description:
• Job is suitable for ladies with intermediate Arabic, English.
• We will provide script of calls. In addition, we will teach you how to manage call.
• Operators receive warm orders by customers whom are waiting for our call to confirm their orders.
• Operators call customers to confirm their orders and plan delivery time.
• Official employment- we will apply for your work permit.
• Friendly teamwork, clean and good location office IN Deira, near to Alrigga metro station.
• Working days are 6 days a week, 8 hours a day + 1 hour lunch time.
• Basic salary is 3000 AED + monthly bonus of upsale.
• Average monthly income is from 4000 to 4500 AED.
• Required skills:
• Intermediate Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-confident.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To be an ambassador of the company and be aware of all VIPs staying in the apartment.
• To offer a warm welcome to all guests and organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs.
• To personally greet and escort the guests and ensure that they will enjoy their stay by offering the finest personal service.
• Identify and explain apartment features to guests; supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest.
• Process and secure any kind of payment.
• To manage any guest complaint in a professional manner by resolving it and making sure the guest is fully satisfied , and process all guest requests and relay messages to the relevant department.
• To share daily activity highlights with the manager and the team for better communication.
• To respect the privacy of the guests and maintain the confidentiality of the information.
• To be aware of and to report all guest comments or complaints.
• To check the pre-arrival and departure report and to ensure check-out times are respected.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; protect company assets.

QUALIFICTIONS:

• Previous experience as a Guest Relations or Receptionist in a certain hotel with wide range knowledge and skills in customer service and customer interaction.
• Having a driver’s license is a plus factor.

QUALITIES:

• Enthusiastic, dynamic, spontaneous and empathic
• A high level of personal maturity is vital for this position who can easily adapt and cope with stress and pressure
• At ease in a multi-cultural environment and a good team player
• Proficient and confident in speaking English and additional language such as Arabic is an advantage.
• Flexible to changes, manages time efficiently and good prioritization skill.
