What you’ll do 

  • You will develop the adapted tools to implement the strategy by market/store (with a focus on UAE )
  • You will use marketing KPIS to measure brand and marketing activities
  • You will be responsible for CRM activity and reporting
  • You will coordinate, organize and ensures implementation of the operational in-store action plan to increase customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, cross sell & up sell sales and services
  • You will implement marketing strategies & action plan given by Senior Brand Marketing Executive to improve brand’s performance
  • You will be responsible for consumer knowledge, segmentation and lifecycle by country/city/store
  • You will optimize service & in-store experience
  • You will assist in the development of the sales force animation program
  • You will monitor Store KPI’s
  • You will maintain budget sheet for allocated markets
  • Additional tasks might be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role
What you need to succeed in this role

UAE National with Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid) 
Education: - University Degree in Business or Marketing 
Graduate from recognized Business Schools or Universities 
Previous Experience 1 to 3 years of relevant experience 
Marketing of global brands in FMCG, Luxury, B to B, Brand development, ideally for multiple networks and multiple markets 
Linguistic Skills English - Required 
Arabic and French is an advantage
