Job Details:
Receiving customer calls and redirect to concerned department.
Provide information about company services to customers via phone/email.
Follow up of customer complaints by checking with concerned departments.
Maintain a file to record details about company customers.
Job Requirements:
Females preferably on Visit Visa.
Good Communication and Excel Skills.
Candidate should have Admin/ Customer Service Experience.
Should be comfortable to stay in a companies accommodation
Salary : Max 2500 Aed + Accommodation + Pickup and Drop from Home to Office and back.
