Job Summary
To deliver exceptional Customer service to new and existing customers.
To provide the support necessary to ensure the registration process and enrollment in a manner that exceeds both internal and external customer needs and expectations.
To perform as a receptionist, cashier and an interpreter.
Ensure customers are registered in a timely manner.
Coordinates booking of appointments to optimize schedules.
To accurately fill transactional reports.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Guests Registration
Register patients and members according to established protocols and standards.
Ensure the right entry of financial details for patients.
Ensure having updated guests details.
- Appointments Coordination
Schedules & book appointments appropriately as requested.
Remind patients regarding their appointments and Confirming through SMS and phone calls.
Handles reschedules and cancellation of appointments.
Screening patient information during telephone call regarding details.
- Cashiering
Ensures insurance & finance documentations are completed according to established criteria
Collect payment, issues receipts and complete designed cashier report.
Follow up on all cash outstanding, note all remarks & resolve late charges.
Qualifications and Skills
High school graduate.
English/Arabic proficiency essential.
French language will be a plus.
Computer literacy, proficient in Ms Office
Customer service skills / experience.
Previous cashiering experience will be a plus.
Previous experience in Healthcare industry will be a plus.
