Work Location : Sharjah Role Description Effectively receive and respond to tele-calls/emails from the Banks current / potential customers. Cross sell banks products / services. Role Requirements 0 - 2 year's experience in a customer service oriented role. ONLY Arab Nationality. ONLY immediate joiners. (Candidates on Visit / Tourist / Residence sponsorship - mother / father / spouse) are most preferred. Confident and pleasing personality. Go getter attitude and someone wanting to achieve valuable results within the customer service industry. Extremely fluent in English & Arabic. (Would speak with UAE Nationals hence communicating in the local dialect is key) Computer and system savvy. Open to work in any shift / holidays as per departments planned roaster. Compensation: All inclusive - AED 4000-5000 (Depending upon the qualification and experience) + Incentives + Medical Insurance + Annual air ticket + night shift allowance (male staff only).
