We are an e-commerce company seeking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as Customer Service Representative. We are looking for applicants who are excellent communicators and passionate about customer service.

ROLE:
-Be passionate about customer service, and true to the company's slogan of "Delivering Love".
-To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.
-Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions through phone, email and chat
-Maintain customer records by updating account information.
-Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Respond to customer inquiries by understanding the inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; verifying customer's understanding of the information and finally providing the appropriate response.
-Raise service level by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s Degree Holder
-Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
-Friendly and confident personality
-Has a smart appearance and is able to present oneself with confidence
-Pro-active and has an entrepreneurial way of working
