Answering client calls Cold calling Lead generation Collecting accurate information from clients Allocating leads for leasing to respective leasing officer Forwarding the leads for leasing to Data Entry Representative for entry into the system - Master key Handling client queries Timely support to leasing team Generating daily lead report Attending all complaints and feedback of customers to develop the quality of customer services Entry of past leads into system Cross checking whether leads are entered into the system - Masterkey Making proposal for lowest market price of property Preparing comparison sheets of market price and PSI price Assisting Leasing manager for generating reports Checking web portals for our advertisement Other adhoc works Building good relations with clients to present the company and to meet company’s objectives. Generating availabilities for the company in the assigned projects. Entering listed properties on daily basis with accurate data on timely manner Checking the listed properties in the system - Masterkey and all portals to make sure it appears in right location. Inquiring about the “Hot deals” and notifying the leasing and marketing teams on same Removing expired units from website Checking and calling back the clients who listed their properties with the company and validating units by the end of each month and call the daily assigned landlords leads to generate leasing listing and units potentially for leasing and within market prices. Reporting on daily basis all the activities to the Line Manager and update the daily activities on Masterkey system against the contacted leads.
