- Managing large amount of incoming calls
- Maintaining clients account by recording callers query.
- Must be fluent and have Excellent command of the languages.
-Team player
-Resolving customer complaints via phone,email or chat .
-Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively .
-Strong phone contact handling skills and Actively listening.
-Follow communication procedure,guidelines and policies.
-Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; providing solution based on clients needs.
Requirements Experience in call Center
Languages : English and Arabic
