• Strong physique and trained in Arabic and Western European or equivalent type services.
• Good knowledge in serving beverages.
• Excellent presentation skills, strong leadership, motivational and people skills, with the ability to be patient under stressful circumstances.
• Profound understanding of setting tables with appropriate cutlery. Skilled in folding napkins.
• Ability to maintain pleasant demeanor all times. Knowledge of food Hygiene is a must. Must be able to handle Banquet functions .
• Knowledge of Arabic and English language for communicating with restaurant patrons.
• Not less than 5 years’ experience in similar position in top class restaurant or 5 star hotel.
