Arabic Speaker Make reminder calls to inactive customers, send follow-up emails, special offers and schedule appointments. Collect and analyze customer information (purpose of leaving Tips and Toes). Inform inactive clients about our monthly offers and promotions. Provide customers with product and service information. Keep records of customer interactions, record details of customer complaints, feedback, suggestions, comments and inquiries. Daily check the clients’ feedback, highlight and report complaints. Escalate unresolved customer requests. Always check and ensure that Customer Service follow up procedures are completed and meet time standards and regulations. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed (increase the 5 Stars Service customer’s conversions and revenues). Prepares reports when needed. Performs other related tasks as per requirement. Directly reporting to Customer Service Manager. Job descriptions may change as per the Management discretion.
