Emirates Home Nursing a reputed company which was established after seeing a need in the community for in-home care. Now they urgently requires a Customer Service Representative-Telesales.
Job Details:
- Taking incoming calls from prospective clients or customers and provide information about services.
- Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients.
- Calling customers who express interest through websites.
- Maintain and update record of client contact information.
- Data Entry is an additional duty for the candidates.
- Provide assistance in other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must Speaks Arabic, French and English.
- Female candidates with Marketing and Sales Skills, Verbal Communication.
- Candidate with Telephone Skills, Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service Skills.
