Job Description

Language - Must be Bilingual (Arabic + English)

Total Monthly Salary – 4,500/-

• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

• Gender: Any

• Age: Maximum 35

• Education: Bachelor/Diploma.

 Candidate should have 2 years’ experience in call center – telecom sector. (international call center experience is preferred)

Candidate should have a technical support back ground. (LAN, WAN, Router configuration, TCP/IP knowledge ... etc.).

 (Candidates must have basic IT technical background related to Intern/Network/Mobile phone/Network Protocols such as HTTP, FTP, SMTP etc.)

Responds to customer inquiries; provides routine/complex information; handles complaints; follows up on issues; seeks/gives feedback.
