Property Consultant - French Speaking

For this role we require consultants who can speak both French and English. This highly specialised role will involve the sale of exciting new property investments to our qualified database of subscribers, from French speaking counties throughout Africa, Europe and the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring professional and effective relationships with the clients, ensuring the highest levels of service at all times
- Ensuring all Sales leads are followed up as soon as possible whilst recording all information on the internal system
- Ensuring accurate information is conveyed to prospective purchasers
- Generating referral business from existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly Sales targets
- Assisting in driving the Sales team to achieve target
- Maintaining a professional and customer-service focused approach at all times

Desired Skill & Expertise
- Fluent in both French and English
- A history of Sales experience is vital with a minimum of 5 years.
- Highly self-motivated, career orientated team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work
- Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team
- Strong knowledge of Dubai economy along with past and present history
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with a clear and concise accent
- Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
