Job Purpose
You are involved in designing, automating dashboards and analyzing customer data by using CRM platform. You will also use trend analysis on CRM customer data & recommendations to enhance the overall process.
Qualification & Education
You shall have a degree in a relevant discipline within an Airport operations or customer service department of an airport, airline or tourism industry.
Experience
Strong analytics skills in addition to knowledge of analytical or database software, particularly CRM or business intelligence systems.
You should also have:
Knowledge of CRM, airport functions and operations/stakeholder roles and operations.

  • Ability to write & analyze data effectively.
  • Capable of making logical and compelling arguments to support the case for service improvements and policy procedural change.
