Answering the customer calls and describe them about the hospital services.
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Maintain a good relationship with new and existing customers.
Job Requirements:
Good Interpersonal and Listening skill.
Healthcare background is preferable (hospital,medical center.diagnostic centers etc...)
Candidate who are fluent in Arabic language.
