About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to be part of our Al-Futtaim Logistics team in Dubai. Reporting to Operations Manager, your role is to effectively supervise systems and the Inventory Team, ensuring all deadlines and standards are achieved in an efficient and cost effective manner.
You will manage the Perpetual Inventory (PI), making sure it is conducted as per schedule and accurately reported with variances quarantined in the system on a daily basis whereby achieving a target of 99% order fulfillment. You will be required to manage the Inbound & Outbound system functionality and Inbound & Outbound documentation and ensure the team reports are up to date.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or a similar Degree. You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service preferably in a supervisory capacity in a Logistics or 3PL environment. You should have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customer. You should also be able to display customer focus with the ability to demonstrate a positive attitude. You should be result oriented and has the ability to manage conflicts and work pressure. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to use computer applications.
