Job Summary
An International company required a Spanish or French speaking Trade Assistant who has got 2 years prior experience in Procurement/Purchasing/Logistics sector earlier.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Diligently assist the Trader with order handling, specifically with communication between the suppliers, shipping agency, and our logistics team and sales staff/customers
- Organizing shipping of samples from and to suppliers in coordination with Sampling Responsible
- Carry out various administrative duties such as phone calls, day to day filing, organizing meetings and all other work required by the office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED10,000.00 to AED13,000.00 /month
