- Handle customers by phone, e-mail or social media and managing their inquiries.
- Build sustainable relationships with customer by following up all customers’ requests and issues.
- Maintain and update customer information database .
- Answering the customer calls and provide information about product and service questions.
- Knowledge in computer applications like MS Word, MS Excel needed.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Candidates with previous experience in similar role is an advantage.
