Customer Relationship Executive
Overview
Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Daily Management of all CRM office staff and to assist in both administrative and strategic support.
- Supplying clear line objectives to the team and ensuring Multi Pivotal delivery of all support functions.
- Managing the iServe Team in both Park Place ensuring smooth operations and clear line targets and objectives are met and reported on.
- Negotiate details of contracts and payments
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests. Monitor market conditions, competitor products and sales
- Consult with clients after sales of contract signings and provide ongoing support
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
Skills
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years relevant experience from a reputable Real Estate companies. Must be fluent in French, English, & Arabic. Proven sales experience in the UAE and able to build rapport with clients.
