Job Description

Our client is a leading law firm based in Abu Dhabi and are seeking a Bilingual Secretary (fluent in Arabic & English) to join their busy office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be trained into the legal secretarial field if you have strong secretarial skills.
Description:
• Proactive diary management
• Creating/amending documents and letters
• Digital dictation
• Organizing meetings, travel arrangements, lunches and conference calls
• Collating billing guides, drafting narratives and covering letters to clients / liaising with accounts team on billing matters
• Time recording
• Updating/adding contacts to InterAction
• Processing expense claims electronically
• Photocopying, filing and scanning
 Skills
• Preferably had experience working for legal industry but not essential
• Must be fluent in both English and Arabic
• At least three years of secretarial experience
• Please quote current salary and desired salary when applying for this role
• Fast accurate typing and strong MS Office skills
• Must currently reside in the UAE
