Marketing Coordinator - Tory Burch

Main Responsibilities
  • Develops the adapted tools to implement the strategy by market/store (with a focus on UAE and Bahrain)
  • Uses marketing KPIS to measure brand and marketing activities
  • Responsible for CRM activity and reporting
  • Coordinates, organizes and ensures implementation of the operational in-store action plan to increase customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, cross sell & up sell sales and services
  • Implements marketing strategies & action plan given by Senior Brand Marketing Executive to improve brand’s performance
  • Is responsible for consumer knowledge, segmentation and lifecycle by country/city/store
  • Optimizes service & in-store experience
  • Assist in the development of the sales force animation program
  • Monitors Store KPI’s
  • Maintains budget sheet for allocated markets
  • Additional tasks might be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role           
Ideal Profile

Education :- University Degree in Business or Marketing
Graduate from recognized Business Schools or Universities
Ideally holding an MBA: Retail/Brand/Marketing management, Digital marketing
Previous Experience   1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Marketing of global brands in FMCG, Luxury, B to B, Brand development, ideally for multiple networks and multiple markets
Linguistic Skills English : - Required
Arabic and French is an advantage
