Job Summary
- To deliver a high quality, professional, efficient and effective customer service experience to all customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer all calls promptly and in a professional manner, meeting company and or /Client policy or service levels
- Validate information received to ensure appropriate qualification of eligible services
- Provide Customers with accurate and relevant product and service information
Qualifications and Skills
- Full time Call Centre Agents are URGENTLY required for our operations in Dubai, UAE
- Male or female, Single, 21 to 30 years old
- We require a minimum of 1 to 2 years call centre or customer service experience.
- Applicants should have a minimum of a high school degree.
- Excellent computer and typing skills.
- You MUST be able to work a flexible schedule.
- You must be fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic (French and Kurdish is an added advantage).
- You should understand the importance and meaning of excellent customer service.
- You should be friendly and professional at all times to coworkers and customers.
