Job Description

You will be responsible for one of the first and last interactions our guests have of their experience with us. You will contact potential guests and manage their booking expectations, ensure the correct information is exchanged, and you will provide them with the right kind of service so that they have a memorable experience.
This will mean that you will:
• Contacting with Guests by phone to confirm the booking & Payment.
• Take ownership promotions on our marketing channels.
• Take ownership & Build Relation with direct clients.
• Take ownership our Rates based on market analyses.
• Make sure we achieve the highest occupancy rates along with reasonable prices based on our profit margin, market and competitors.
• List the apartments in new Marketing Channels.
• Take ownership of social Media Marketing.
• Take ownership of the Company Website. 
• Follow Dubai Calendar for Events, Exhibitions, etc.. And manage the promotion based on the data.
• Provide Weekly Reports of current marketing situation.
• Gain and enhance upon detailed information about apartments, locations, attractions and the city.
• Consciously and continuously strive to better your skills and increase your knowledge.

Skills

1. A degree in business, marketing, hospitality or related field is a plus. 
2. 3 years hospitality industry experience 
3. English and Arabic required, languages such Russian or French is a plus
4. Required age 20-35
5. UAE driving license preferred
