About the Position:
We are looking for an experience Customer Relations Executive to be part of our Hertz operations in Dubai. As part of our Hertz Customer Relations Department, you will be responsible to provide a central point of contact between Hertz and the customer for after sales activities and to develop and build long term business relationships. To ensure high level of customer service in line with company policy, procedures & standards. Maximize on all lease and car rental opportunities through managing the customers effectively. You are expected to handle the following responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure correct quotes are sent to the customer on time and regular follow ups
  • Prepares and updates the necessary information on the contracts including expiry dates and extensions
  • Provides support in terms of effectively managing the expectations of clients (existing and new) to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • You will be part of our Hertz operations based in Dubai, reporting to the Fleet Admin Supervisor. You are also required to assist in preparing reports such as daily vehicle inventory, fleet on replacement, Hertz emergency roadside assistance, vehicle off hire, vehicle aging and etc. to improve overall efficiency of the department.

About You:
You must have a diploma or college degree with at least a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corportate customer service service function preferably in car rental company industry. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to use computer applications. Ideally with  a driving license. Arabic language would be an advantage. You should have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customer. You should also be able to display customer focus with the ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude while being able to deal with the customers and work in a team. With strong market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors.
