Junior Customer Service Representative 

Future Card Ind LLC - Sharjah
Job Summary
Is responsible for successfully leading the customer service team, driving excellent service and ensuring client service level agreements and satisfaction are met and exceeded in line with the organizations vision.
Responsibilities and Duties
Order Management
  • Execute daily order-taking such as processing, invoicing, delivery and follow up of customer orders in alignment with the business needs
  • Liaise with Internal departments to ensure order management is complete and the right product is being produced and delivered
  • Generate sales orders and all internal orders.
Customer Delivery
  • Ensure on-time delivery to customers and proactive communication of expected delivery dates to Sales/ Customers
Client Complaint Management
  • Serve as the client’s first port of support in any feedback in order to improve the company’s services
  • Pass the client’s complaint to the QA team, the production team and the planning team in order to solve any issue
Follow Up
  • Support sales and finance team for collection of receivables.
  • Generate Required reports.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 3 years of experience in similar business line will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, being bi-lingual is a strong merit.
  • Arabic and French will be an added advantage.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office & experience with ERP system.
  • Ability of working and learning in a complex production operation
