Our German client is a leading manufacturer in the field of refrigeration technology.
Stellenbeschreibung
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Commissions and repairs industrial refrigeration plants and equipment, utilizing knowledge of mechanics and electronics with standard test instruments and hand tools
- Trouble shoots and assesses industrial refrigeration plant conditions
- Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Develops and maintains positive customer relationships and the necessary documentation of the customer’s equipment and systems status
- Documents completed work timely, clear and concise in service reports
- Supports and promotes the service sales activities where necessary and requested
- Supports and trains customers on system operations at site
- Installs and troubleshoots electrical systems and motors
- Advises management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements
Anforderungsprofil
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
- B. Sc. in Engineering or a similar qualification
- More than 5 years of working experience in the refrigeration industry
- Comprehension of necessary mechanical and electrical system requirements
- Excellent French and English language skills
- Distinctive communication and team leading skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel intensively
